Is it legal to use songs for fair use?

Q. I reviews for YouTube using Fair Use, in these reviews, I use footage from the film's I review, & in my next review, I'm reviewing a musical, & in the review, I'd like to share a bit of a song (from the film) in the review to let people hear it. I'm not going to show the whole of it, but I must wonder; is it ok to use songs for review? Would Fair Use cover music? Please reply as quickly as possible, because I'd like to know right now.

A. Yes it is legal, but the clip must only show a short segment of the song, not the whole performance. 20-30 seconds should not be a problem, unless the song is only 30 seconds long.

Q. I haven't been able to find the song of one of the e-reader commercials (I think it's the kindle, but I can't be sure). It starts with a girl swinging in a hammock and goes on to show the ereader in various settings (for example, I recall it sitting on a treadmill while a girl is picking up a water bottle and drinking from it). Can you tell me the name of the song? Thank you!

> Don't go for Nook Color. It's using backlight screen like computer screen, and is difficult to our eyes. Just not suitable for reading purpose.

> Choose the Nook if you want to be:
- Able to borrow ebooks from library to your ebook reader
- Able to read books in epub format (without need of conversion) on your ebook reader

> Choose the Kindle if you want to be:
- Able to have free 3G wireless access
- Able to download books and use 3G wireless even you're outside of the United States
- Able to have text-to-speech function to read books to you like audio books

Do you know of any websites where I could get songs reviewed?

Q. I am not interested in songwriting, but I write songs as a hobbie and have written over 400 songs. The only thing is that very few of them have received ratings and this website does not allow to have songs reviewed multiple times because you would be asking the same question. Everybody wants to be heard, evaluated, and given a chance.

What song is played when the autobots are on their way to the ship?
Q. In the third Transformers movie, there's a song playing that totally caught my attention. They're on their way to the ship, the one they're forced onto to leave Earth, It's a scene where they're all driving all epic and stuff. Any help? I checked out the soundtrack for the movie but I don't think it was on there. I could be wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
